About AsaanLaw
AsaanLaw is a platform that facilitates connections between users and independent legal professionals. AsaanLaw is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating a client or lawyer account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Relationship with lawyers
Legal services are provided by the lawyer you select. You agree the scope, timing and fees directly with that lawyer. Any engagement is between you and the lawyer, not AsaanLaw.
Lawyer profiles
Lawyers are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and must comply with our Platform Standards and the professional rules that apply to them.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, provide false information, harass others or attempt to interfere with its operation.
Limitation of responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, AsaanLaw is not responsible for the advice, services or conduct of independent lawyers or for outcomes of any legal matter.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms or suspend accounts that breach them. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
